Are you ready to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of healthcare partnerships? We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior Business Development Representative. At Health Evolution, we focus on driving innovation across the Payer, Provider, and Life Sciences sectors, and we need someone who is passionate about building meaningful connections and supporting our mission to advance the industry.

What you bring

As a key member of our team, you will serve as the backbone of our partnership efforts, reporting directly to the department SVP. This is a full-time, remote position that is open to candidates located anywhere. Your work will be essential in keeping our operations running smoothly and ensuring our sales strategies are executed with precision. You will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing and maintaining accurate data within Salesforce to track progress and forecast sales goals effectively.
  • Supporting our leadership by organizing calendars, preparing for weekly pipeline meetings, and ensuring all documentation is up to date.
  • Developing and executing strategies to identify new sponsor prospects and managing the full lifecycle of our fellowship invitations and contracts.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and business development, particularly within the healthcare space. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You must be proficient in using Salesforce for pipeline management, data reporting, and lead tracking. Excellent communication skills in English are required, as you will be interacting with executives and prospects regularly. We value candidates who are proactive researchers, capable of managing complex contract processes, and skilled at coordinating schedules to optimize our team's time.
