We are proud to support forward-thinking organizations like Twitch, BuzzFeed, and Oscar Health, and we are now looking for a Business Development Representative to join our remote-first team and help us grow our top-of-funnel efforts.

Responsibilities

Engage in high-volume strategic outbound prospecting using phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and text messaging.
Consistently meet weekly activity goals and demo booking targets.
Craft thoughtful, high-quality outreach emails to engage potential prospects.
Manage inbound demo requests with creative and timely communication.
Assist with our broader demand generation initiatives and message testing.
Ensure data accuracy and maintain detailed activity records within HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and Google tools.

Must-haves

At least one year of experience in sales development, business development, or account management.
Strong research skills to identify key contacts and inform your outreach.
Excellent communication capabilities to craft compelling messages for leads.
Current work authorization in the United States.
Availability to work during EST hours.

Benefits

The base salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 USD, with additional earning potential through an uncapped incentive structure and equity.
