We are proud to support forward-thinking organizations like Twitch, BuzzFeed, and Oscar Health, and we are now looking for a Business Development Representative to join our remote-first team and help us grow our top-of-funnel efforts.
Responsibilities
- Engage in high-volume strategic outbound prospecting using phone calls, emails, LinkedIn, and text messaging.
- Consistently meet weekly activity goals and demo booking targets.
- Craft thoughtful, high-quality outreach emails to engage potential prospects.
- Manage inbound demo requests with creative and timely communication.
- Assist with our broader demand generation initiatives and message testing.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain detailed activity records within HubSpot, Apollo, Gong, and Google tools.
Must-haves
- At least one year of experience in sales development, business development, or account management.
- Strong research skills to identify key contacts and inform your outreach.
- Excellent communication capabilities to craft compelling messages for leads.
- Current work authorization in the United States.
- Availability to work during EST hours.

The base salary for this role is $40,000 - $50,000 USD, with additional earning potential through an uncapped incentive structure and equity.
