Role at a glance
We are seeking a Business Development Representative to join our expanding marketing team. This is a full-time, junior-level position that can be performed remotely from anywhere. You will report directly to our Director of Business Development and play a key role in our outreach efforts.
Your impact
- Drive our revenue growth by generating qualified meetings and building a robust sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with sales teammates to craft targeted messaging, research key accounts, and execute effective call strategies.
- Manage and track all outreach activities and account progress using Salesforce to ensure data accuracy and reporting.
What you'll need
- Between 1 and 3 years of relevant professional experience, ideally within a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, and ZoomInfo.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to conduct high-level discovery conversations and manage both inbound and outbound calls.
- A mission-driven mindset and a willingness to roll up your sleeves to ensure our collective success.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
The base salary for this role is $65,000 - $75,000, and the position is also commission eligible. In addition to your base pay, we offer the following benefits:
