We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team at Dexterity, where we are transforming the world of logistics through advanced, human-like robotics. You will serve as our primary point of contact for new prospects, helping us scale our impact in warehouse automation by building meaningful relationships and identifying new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Act as the initial face of our company, engaging with prospective clients to determine their needs and guide them through the next steps.
- Conduct thorough account research to better understand potential partners and tailor your outreach.
- Execute consistent engagement strategies across social media, email, and phone to promote our robotics solutions.
- Host introductory calls to qualify opportunities and educate the market on how our technology empowers businesses.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to the Sales team by providing comprehensive, high-quality information on qualified leads.
- Maintain accurate records of all contacts, accounts, and opportunities within our CRM systems.
- Continuously identify and evaluate new leads through proactive web research and outreach efforts.
Must-haves
- Proven experience using professional sales tools such as ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- A self-motivated and persistent mindset with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment.
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- Fluency in English.
Nice-to-haves
- At least 5 years of experience in enterprise inside sales or business development.
- Familiarity with selling SaaS-based products and solutions.
- Direct experience using HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of the robotics, logistics, or warehouse automation industries.
- A clear passion for sales and a strong commitment to growing your career as an account executive.
Benefits
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $87,000 to $160,000, depending on individual experience and qualifications.
