As one of the fastest-growing companies in the robotics sector, backed by investors like Kleiner Perkins and Lightspeed Venture Partners, we are looking for a senior Business Development Representative to join our remote team and help us scale our impact.
Key outcomes
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new prospects, guiding them through the initial stages of our sales process.
- Conduct thorough account research to understand prospect needs and tailor your outreach strategies accordingly.
- Manage consistent engagement with high-value accounts through phone, email, and social media to promote our robotics solutions.
- Host introductory calls to qualify potential opportunities and educate the market on the value of Dexterity.
- Ensure a seamless handoff to the Sales team by providing comprehensive information on qualified leads.
- Maintain precise records of all account activities, contacts, and opportunities within our CRM systems.
- Utilize web research and outreach tools to continuously identify and evaluate new business leads.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in enterprise inside sales or business development.
- Strong proficiency with sales engagement tools such as Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to work independently and persist through sales cycles.
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
- A genuine passion for sales and a clear commitment to professional growth within an account executive track.
- Fluency in English.
Preferred qualifications
- Prior experience selling SaaS-based products or solutions.
- Direct experience using CRM platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Working knowledge of the logistics, robotics, or warehouse automation industries.
Compensation
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $87,000 to $160,000. Actual compensation is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on your relevant years of experience, skills, and education. In addition to base pay, we offer a remote work environment as part of our commitment to our team.
