Role at a glance
We’re hiring a Senior Business Development Representative on a full-time basis. The role is remote and open to candidates located anywhere, provided you hold a valid work permit for your location.
Your impact
- Strategically source and qualify sales opportunities at targeted accounts through our account-based marketing program, focusing on marketing-qualified leads with the highest purchase intent.
- Research and develop new accounts, then engage Marketing and IT decision-makers through video, email, phone, and social selling to schedule meetings and build pipeline.
- Own weekly and monthly activity and pipeline goals while collaborating closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine outreach and improve conversion rates.
What you'll need
You bring prior experience in a BDR role and a genuine excitement for hunting new business. You’re comfortable cold calling, confident on camera, and skilled at researching accounts to craft thoughtful, personalized outreach. You thrive in fast-paced environments, value continuous learning, and are eager to grow in sales or marketing. Experience prospecting into an existing customer base is a plus. Strong written and spoken English is required, along with hands-on familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and 6sense.
