The role

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located in the United States. You will play a vital role in our growth by executing strategic sales initiatives and cultivating new business opportunities. We need someone with a strong background in sales development and lead generation who is ready to help us scale our impact in the manufacturing sector.

Core responsibilities

  • Identify and research key target accounts to generate interest through proactive outreach via telephone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Schedule high-quality online sales demonstrations for our Solution Architects by effectively communicating our value proposition to prospective clients.
  • Maintain the integrity of our prospect database by ensuring accurate data entry and adhering to our established sales processes.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • At least one year of proven experience in a BDR role, with a preference for candidates who have worked within the manufacturing industry.
  • A strong track record of exceeding performance targets and a high level of energy for outbound calling.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, as well as tools like Gong, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a preference for candidates who are fluent in both English and French.
  • The ability to manage time effectively, multitask, and collaborate within a dynamic team environment.
