We are currently looking for a motivated individual to join our Marketing Team and help us reach the next stage of our growth.
What you bring
As a Senior Business Development Representative working in a full-time, remote capacity from anywhere, you will play a vital role in our outreach and lead generation efforts. You will report directly to the Director of Marketing and focus on building a robust pipeline through strategic engagement. Your primary responsibilities include the following:
- Developing and executing multichannel outreach strategies using email, social media, and direct calls to connect with key prospects.
- Conducting thorough market research on the U.S. orthopedic sector to inform your messaging and optimize your approach.
- Managing the lead lifecycle within Salesforce, ensuring that all interactions are tracked and that qualified opportunities are handed off effectively to the sales team.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who possesses a strong blend of technical proficiency and interpersonal skills. You should have extensive experience using Salesforce and Outreach tools to manage your daily workflow. Success in this role requires a high level of grit, as you will need to be persistent and consistent in your follow-ups. You must be an articulate communicator who can write compelling copy and explain our platform's value proposition clearly. We value candidates who are data-driven, comfortable with performance tracking, and dedicated to continuous improvement through market research and strategic outreach. Proficiency in English is required for this position.
