About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Business Development Representative to join us in a full-time capacity. In this role, you will act as our front line for building meaningful relationships and creating new opportunities with prospective clients. You will be a strategic hunter focused on building a robust sales pipeline, educating the market on our robotics solutions, and engaging with potential customers through phone, email, and social media.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new business prospects, conducting research and determining the best path forward for each account.
- Arrange and lead introductory calls to qualify opportunities and share the Dexterity story with potential partners.
- Manage all account, contact, and opportunity data with precision using our CRM tools to ensure a seamless handoff to the broader sales team.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, we look for the following qualifications and skills:
- Five or more years of experience in enterprise inside sales or business development.
- A strong background in selling SaaS-based products and solutions.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
- Familiarity with sales acceleration and research tools, including ZoomInfo, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- A working knowledge of logistics, warehouse automation, or the robotics industry.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, combined with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- A self-motivated mindset with the persistence to work independently and a genuine passion for professional growth in sales.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
Compensation and Benefits
The annual base salary range for this position is $87,000 to $160,000. Your actual base pay will be determined based on your unique experience, skills, and education. In addition to base compensation, we offer the following benefits:
