The role

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with a sales background who is eager to grow their career within the tech industry. You will be based in Canada and will work in a hybrid capacity, balancing time between our office and your home to foster collaboration and community.

Core responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities by utilizing various research tools and resources to build a robust pipeline.
• Engage with prospective clients through cold calls, email outreach, and social media to introduce our solutions.
• Conduct professional sales presentations to demonstrate the value of our platform and transition qualified leads to the broader sales team.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A proven track record in a business development or sales-related position.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, administration, international relations, or a related field.
• Fluency in English, with proficiency in additional languages considered an asset.
• A genuine passion for entrepreneurship and the ability to communicate the benefits of our products effectively.
• An innovative mindset, as you will be encouraged to brainstorm new ways to enhance our offerings in corporate giving and impact reporting.
