Right now we’re scaling quickly and looking for a Business Development Representative who’s ready to help us grow.
What is this role?
This is a full-time, remote Business Development Representative position at the senior level. You’ll report to the marketing team while working closely with sales, serving as the first point of contact for targeted accounts in our account-based marketing program.
What will you do?
- Research and develop outbound prospecting plans for marketing-qualified accounts using video, email, phone, and social selling to book meetings with Account Executives.
- Conduct high-level conversations with marketing and IT stakeholders to understand their needs and position the value of our visual workspace.
- Track activity and pipeline goals, examining engagement data to refine outreach and convert accounts into qualified sales opportunities.
What makes you a great fit?
You bring prior experience in a BDR role and feel energized by the hunt for new business. You’re comfortable cold calling, presenting on camera, and using research to build thoughtful account plans. Strong English communication skills are essential, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where the role continues to evolve. Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and 6sense will help you hit the ground running, while an interest in personal growth within sales or marketing is a plus.
