The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Representative to serve as the bridge between our marketing efforts and our sales success. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for managing our high volume of inbound leads, ensuring that every potential client receives a prompt and professional response. You will play a vital part in our growth by qualifying prospects and setting the stage for our sales team to close deals. A day in the life
- You will manage a steady stream of inbound inquiries via phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring every lead is handled with care and speed.
- You will proactively engage with our database by utilizing sequences to nurture relationships and re-engage prospects who may have gone quiet.
- You will maintain meticulous records within our CRM, ensuring that all lead data is accurate and that your daily, weekly, and monthly appointment-setting targets are consistently met.
Who you are
You are a natural communicator who speaks fluent English and possesses the resilience needed to excel in a fast-paced sales environment. You bring at least one year of experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting, and you have a knack for staying organized even when things get busy. Ideally, you have some familiarity with SaaS or the real estate industry, and you are comfortable navigating CRM platforms like Salesforce or HubSpot. You are a proactive problem solver who is ready to take ownership of your professional growth.
