The role

We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our expanding global team. This is a full-time, mid-level position that offers the flexibility of remote work. You will report directly to the General Manager and work closely with our commercial department. Your primary focus will be entirely dedicated to identifying and securing new business opportunities, making this an ideal role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on our market presence.

Core responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the sales cycle, from initial prospecting and outreach to closing new partnerships.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations to showcase how our software solutions meet the specific needs and goals of potential partners.
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining accurate records of all leads and outcomes within our CRM system.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess a blend of sales expertise and strong interpersonal skills. We are looking for the following qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales.
  • Fluency in both English and Dutch.
  • Strong abilities in relationship management, multitasking, and time management.
  • A natural curiosity and a drive for continuous professional development.
  • Previous experience with SaaS, online marketplaces, or payment platforms is considered a significant advantage.
