Job Summary
Position: Business Development Manager
Role: Full-Time
Location: Madipakkam, Chennai
Schedule: Monday to Saturday 9:30 AM To 6:00 PM
Responsibilities and Duties
Handle the inbound sales enquiries - phone and chat
Identify, engage and manage channel partners
Lead generation in the B2C and B2B segments
Recruit and manage a team of telecallers
Responsible for achieving revenue targets
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Should have experience handling sales for the B2C and B2B segments
Experience in the human resources / content industry is an added advantage
Should have experience in customer relationship and account management
Should have a clear background working on revenue targets
Excellent communication skills - written and spoken
Prior experience in managing teams would be an added advantage
