About the Role
We are hiring a Business Development Manager for a full-time position. This is an on-site role based in Madipakkam, Chennai, where you will work from Monday through Saturday, 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM. You will play a vital role in expanding our reach and ensuring our sales operations run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all inbound sales inquiries coming through phone and chat channels.
- Proactively identify, engage, and maintain relationships with our channel partners.
- Drive lead generation efforts across both B2C and B2B segments while managing a team of telecallers to meet our revenue objectives.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in sales and a proven ability to hit targets. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience in B2C and B2B sales environments.
- Strong skills in account management and customer relationship building.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English.
- Previous experience in team management is considered a significant asset.
- Prior work experience within the human resources or content industries is highly preferred.
