The opportunity

As our new Business Development Manager you will expand Trust Wallet’s reach across the Web3 landscape. Your work will turn promising projects into lasting partnerships, helping developers, marketplaces, and communities choose Trust Wallet as the trusted gateway to their users. By connecting the right people and crafting the right strategies, you will directly influence how quickly the wallet grows and how deeply it serves the next wave of blockchain innovation.

A day in the life

• You reach out to NFT platforms, GameFi studios, DeFi protocols, and venture funds, introducing them to Trust Wallet and exploring collaboration ideas that bring new users to the ecosystem.
• You host calls with project founders to understand their needs, then translate those insights into partnership proposals and share feedback with our product teams so the wallet keeps getting better for builders.
• You track early results, test fresh outreach tactics, and refine campaigns that turn promising conversations into active integrations and measurable user growth.

Who you are

You bring at least three years of business-development experience centered on partnerships and growth. You are fluent in English and comfortable working with Google Docs and Sheets to organize outreach and report progress. You already have a network in blockchain or the drive to build one quickly, and you speak the language of crypto because you genuinely care about decentralized technology. You have shown you can hit targets with minimal oversight, stay curious about data, and turn market observations into clear next steps. A background in marketing strategy or growth experiments is a plus, as is any hands-on familiarity with Blockchain, NFTs, or related communities.
