What you bring

As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for driving our growth strategy in a full-time capacity. This role is based on-site in Italy, where you will focus on building our presence within the retail sector. Your primary responsibilities will include the following:

  • Promoting our VAT refund services to businesses within your assigned territory.
  • Growing our partner network by onboarding a variety of retail locations, ranging from premium boutiques to larger retail chains.
  • Leading training sessions to ensure store personnel are confident and proficient in using our VAT refund tools and technologies.
  • Researching and identifying new market segments to help us increase our overall profitability.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in business development and sales, particularly within the retail industry. We are looking for someone who understands market segmentation and has experience in delivering effective training. You must be fluent in English to communicate effectively with our team and partners. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator who is comfortable approaching new clients and managing professional relationships with confidence.
