The role

We are seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position, allowing you to contribute to our mission from anywhere. You will play a pivotal role in our sales organization, acting as the primary bridge between our platform and the most exciting content creators in the industry.

Core responsibilities

  • Build and nurture long-term partnerships with top-tier producers, venues, and key stakeholders within the entertainment sector.
  • Design and execute innovative growth strategies to scale our presence and expand our market reach effectively.
  • Manage complex commercial negotiations while collaborating with marketing, media, and operations teams to ensure we deliver exceptional service to our partners.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Significant experience in business development, sales, and partnership management, including a proven track record of meeting quotas.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset for prioritizing tasks and driving business growth.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Docs, and standard CRM software.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, as all applications and CVs must be submitted in this language.
  • A deep understanding of local entertainment, events, and lifestyle trends.
