Role at a glance
We are searching for a Business Development Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level role that offers the flexibility of being 100% remote, allowing you to work from anywhere. We are looking for someone with a solid background in the contract staffing or technical services industry to help us drive growth and maintain our high standards of service.
Your impact
- Build and nurture relationships with new prospects through strategic networking, cold calling, and warm lead follow-ups.
- Source high-quality contract and permanent job requisitions to keep our pipeline moving.
- Consistently hit or exceed your gross profit and start goals by leveraging your deep knowledge of the IT consulting market and your expert negotiation skills.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong foundation in sales and business development, specifically within the contract staffing sector. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- At least 2 years of experience managing client relationships and negotiating service contracts and fees.
- A proven ability to create effective hiring and staffing solutions for diverse industries and company sizes.
- The ability to proactively promote candidates to our customer base.
- Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities to manage multiple tasks in a competitive, fast-moving environment.
