LegionellaDossier is the Netherlands’ premier digital water safety solution, having achieved over 1000 percent growth since 2018. We have recently expanded into the United Kingdom and are now looking for a Business Development Manager to help us become the global market leader in our field over the next five years. Based in Utrecht, our team of 20 professionals is rapidly expanding, and we are looking for a driven individual to lead our growth efforts in the UK market.
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by securing new partnerships and closing deals.
- Develop your own strategies for identifying potential clients, understanding their specific pain points, and effectively positioning our solution.
- Maintain a consistent and professional follow-up process for all prospects.
- Refine and improve our existing sales methodologies to better serve our customers.
Must-haves
- Significant experience in Business Development, ideally three years or more.
- (Near) native proficiency in English.
- Expertise in navigating and explaining complex SaaS or software products.
- Strong negotiation skills, specifically the ability to guide clients through organizational change and demonstrate long-term value.
- A deep understanding of how to align current organizational workflows with our digital solutions.
Nice-to-haves
- Prior knowledge of the water safety industry.
- Technical affinity or background.
