What you bring

In this full-time remote role, you will be the primary voice for our company across various online platforms. You will focus on securing new projects and managing the entire sales cycle from initial contact to final closure. Your work will be based anywhere, allowing you to contribute to our success from the comfort of your home. Your core responsibilities include:

• Crafting tailored, high-quality proposals that speak directly to the unique needs of each potential client.
• Managing the full bidding process on platforms like Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, Guru, and PPH to acquire new business.
• Handling project price estimations, creating quotes, and maintaining deep knowledge of our service offerings to ensure successful closures.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a strong background in business development and proposal writing. We value candidates who possess excellent organizational skills and a high level of proficiency in written English. Since you will be discussing technical solutions, you should have a solid grasp of basic programming concepts, including familiarity with languages like C++, Java, C#, Python, and .NET. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with technical documentation, and willing to work an evening or night shift to meet our global client needs. While we provide basic training, your prior experience in bidding and tender management will be essential for your success.
