We are looking for a high-impact leader to join our team and help us drive our fundraising strategy to the next level.
Role at a glance
We are seeking a Business Development Director to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. This is a senior-level role designed for a professional with 5 to 10 plus years of experience who is ready to take ownership of our investor relations and marketing efforts.
Your impact
- Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy to promote our investment products to family offices, endowments, and foundations.
- Actively prospect and build long-term relationships with new investors while maintaining a strong pulse on market feedback to inform our product development.
- Collaborate closely with our Research, Finance, and Operations teams to create compelling marketing materials and deliver exceptional service to our limited partners.
What you'll need
Success in this role requires a blend of strategic thinking, a hunter mindset, and impeccable organizational skills. You should be comfortable working independently while also serving as a collaborative partner to internal experts.
- A proven track record of selling hedge fund or private investment products to institutional investors.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft influential narratives for investor pitches.
- A researcher’s mentality, allowing you to dig deep into networks and identify high-value connections.
- A process-driven approach to managing client interactions and CRM data.
- Fluency in English.
Perks and compensation
We value the expertise you bring to our firm and offer a competitive compensation package to reflect that. The base annual salary for this position ranges from $200,000 to $275,000, depending on your experience and qualifications.
