We are currently seeking a talented Business Development Analyst to join our team. Key outcomes
- Identify and prospect new high-impact partners for our distribution and publishing labels, specifically focusing on opportunities for Critical Leap.
- Manage the full lifecycle of commercial partnerships, from initial outreach and pitch development to contract negotiation and final agreement.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and commercial data within our CRM system to ensure transparent pipeline management.
- Analyze prospecting data and sales success rates to provide actionable business intelligence that informs our broader commercial strategy.
- Create compelling, institutional-grade presentations and pitch decks to maximize our success in partner meetings.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new partners and maintain ongoing relationships through regular checkpoints and industry event participation.
- Report on individual and departmental performance goals while identifying new market trends that align with our core business verticals.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B commercial or negotiation roles, ideally within the gaming, tech, or entertainment sectors.
- A solid understanding of the gaming market landscape and the ability to work autonomously on complex projects.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools to track and manage commercial data.
- A foundational grasp of data analysis and commercial KPIs.
- Fluent English skills, as you will communicate daily with international partners.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Competence in building professional presentations using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Marketing, Business Administration, International Relations, Communication, or Digital Games.
Preferred qualifications
- Postgraduate education focused on negotiation or commercial strategy.
- Prior experience with international contracts and redlining.
- Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish.
- Experience with partner onboarding workflows or monetization strategies in the gaming industry.
- Basic technical knowledge of SQL or VBA.
Compensation
