We are looking for a passionate Business Developer to join our team in Belgium, where you will help us identify the next big opportunity and turn it into a landmark project.

The opportunity

This is a full-time role where you will serve as the essential link between market demand, our broker network, and our diverse portfolio of commercial real estate. You will be at the heart of our growth, taking ownership of projects from the initial search for land to the final development plan. Your work will directly influence our ability to deliver high-quality Build-to-Suit projects that meet the specific needs of our clients and investors.

A day in the life

• You will use your commercial flair to build lasting relationships within the real estate sector, actively scouting for new project locations and identifying potential investors or future users.
• You will perform in-depth market studies and feasibility analyses, using your analytical skills to ensure that every decision we make is backed by solid data.
• You will collaborate closely with the rest of our Business Development team to evaluate site potential and align our development strategies with current market signals.

Who you are

We are looking for a mid-level professional who is ready to take on a challenge and grow with us. To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A Master’s degree in Finance, Legal, Business, or Engineering.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in the commercial real estate market, whether in industrial, office, or retail sectors.
• Excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with people.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset paired with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving.
• Strong analytical capabilities, allowing you to translate complex market insights into actionable, successful projects.
• Fluency in English.
