What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Business Developer to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a unique, hybrid position that blends business development with sales engineering. You will need to bring deep technical knowledge of MEV and our specific systems to the table, as you will be responsible for both managing customer relationships and providing high-level technical expertise.
What will you do?
- Drive the adoption of our products by identifying customer needs and connecting them with the right technical resources.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our existing partners while creating new strategies to expand our reach.
- Represent our team at key industry conferences and networking events to build our presence in the ecosystem.
What makes you a great fit?
To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5 years of experience in business development or sales engineering, ideally within the blockchain or DeFi sectors. You must be comfortable working closely with engineers to solve complex integration problems. We are looking for someone who possesses the following qualities:
- A deep understanding of the MEV ecosystem and how it impacts distributed systems.
- Strong project management skills combined with the ability to think strategically about long-term growth.
- Excellent technical communication skills, allowing you to explain intricate systems clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
- A data-driven mindset and a low-ego approach to high-performance work.
- Fluency in English.
