Jito Labs is seeking a highly talented Business Developer to grow our customer base and strengthen partnerships. This hybrid BD/sales engineering role requires deep technical knowledge of MEV and our systems, combining customer relationship management with technical expertise.

We're the team behind Jito-Solana, the leading MEV Solana client, and the Jito Block Engine, which has revolutionized block building on Solana. Our Jito-Solana client currently powers over 90% of stake and 1,100 validators, generating an additional $650M in yearly revenue for network stakers and validators. Core Responsibilities

Drive product adoption by understanding customer needs and guiding them to appropriate resources

Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships while developing creative strategies to expand our reach

Represent Jito Labs at high-leverage conferences and networking events

Collaborate with engineering teams on product integration and technical problem-solving

Develop and execute strategies for business growth

Take full ownership of projects and initiatives from conception to completion

Required Qualifications

5+ years experience in sales engineering, business development, or similar roles, preferably in DeFi or blockchain space

Proven track record working directly with engineering teams on product integration

Deep understanding of MEV ecosystem and its implications

Strong adaptability and project management skills

Strategic thinking ability with focus on long-term impact

Technical aptitude to understand and explain complex systems

Ideal Candidate Profile

Passionate about DeFi and permissionless systems

Data-driven approach to problem-solving and decision-making

Low ego, high-performance mindset

Comfortable with frequent travel for conferences and events

Strong technical communication skills
