We are looking for a talented individual to join our team and work closely with our CEO, Jane Lu, on her online business course under the brand The Lazy CEO. Jane is a well-known entrepreneur who hosts a popular podcast, leads the women's founders group Like Minded Bitches Drinking Wine, and serves as a judge on Shark Tank. Since launching her course last year, we have seen great momentum, and we are now seeking a dedicated specialist to help us expand our reach and refine our educational content. This is a unique chance to collaborate directly with leadership and potentially evolve into a General Manager role as our business scales.
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Business Course Specialist for a full-time position. In this role, you will act as a key partner in our growth strategy, focusing on both the development of our business course and the implementation of effective marketing initiatives. We are looking for someone who is passionate about entrepreneurship and ready to take ownership of their work.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with our CEO to develop and execute strategies that grow our online business course.
- Enhance the quality and impact of our existing course content to ensure the best experience for our students.
- Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including paid advertising, SEO, and email campaigns, to drive enrollment and engagement.
Requirements
We are open to candidates from various professional backgrounds, though we prioritize those who have a genuine interest in the world of business and entrepreneurship. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
- Strong proficiency in digital marketing channels like SEO, email marketing, and paid advertisements.
- Exceptional copywriting skills to effectively communicate our brand voice.
- Direct experience in building or scaling business courses is highly desirable, as is a background in starting your own business.
