At Peek.com, we are on a mission to connect the world through experiences. Our platform has processed over $3 billion in bookings, helping people discover everything from wine tours and art classes to skydiving adventures. We combine an award-winning consumer marketplace with a powerful software suite that helps thousands of operators, including the Museum of Ice Cream and Artechouse, manage their businesses through dynamic pricing, inventory tools, and marketing analytics. Backed by over $100 million in funding from investors like Westcap and Goldman Sachs, we are a remote-first team of more than 250 people dedicated to innovation in the travel and experience sector.
The role
We are looking for a Senior Business Automation & AI Strategist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. This is a hands-on, business-first position for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments. You will not be training models from scratch or working in a research capacity. Instead, you will act as an internal consultant and builder, applying existing AI tools to solve real-world operational problems and drive immediate impact across our organization.
Core responsibilities
- Identify and prioritize opportunities to implement AI and automation across our Sales, Product, Operations, and Support teams.
- Build and deploy AI-powered tools and integrations using LLMs and APIs, ranging from quick prototypes to production-ready internal solutions.
- Serve as an internal expert by creating documentation, hosting training sessions, and guiding our teams on how to effectively leverage AI in their daily workflows.
Skills and experience
- Three to four years of professional experience, ideally with a background in operations, analytics, or product management.
- Practical experience using tools such as OpenAI, LangChain, and Zapier to create automated workflows.
- Proficiency in Python or JavaScript, with the ability to build and ship functional tools independently.
- A strong understanding of business needs and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Fluency in English, which serves as our primary business language.
Compensation and benefits
We are committed to the health and well-being of our team members. Our benefits package includes:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance plans.
- Paid time off to ensure you have time to recharge.
- Equity compensation, allowing you to share in our long-term success as a company.
- The flexibility of a remote work environment.
How to apply
If you are a curious, scrappy problem-solver who loves to build and move fast, we want to hear from you. Our interview process includes a recruiter screening, stakeholder and hiring manager interviews, a case study, and an executive conversation. Please reach out to us to start the conversation and help us shape the future of experiences.
