Welcome to MBLY. Our strategy team plays a vital role in shaping the long-term business and product direction of our company. We tackle complex challenges by using both qualitative and quantitative methods to guide our leadership team in making informed decisions. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Planning and Strategy, you will collaborate with senior executives to launch new initiatives and ensure our current plans are executed effectively.
What is this role?
We are looking for a mid-level professional to join our team in Israel on a full-time, on-site basis. In this position, you will contribute to high-impact projects and strategic initiatives, with the expectation that you will grow into a leadership role where you manage these efforts independently.
What will you do?
- Conduct in-depth market research and map out the competitive landscape to keep us ahead of industry shifts.
- Build and maintain complex financial models to support our strategic planning and analysis.
- Identify and define new growth engines, strategic initiatives, and potential product opportunities by analyzing emerging technology and industry trends.
What makes you a great fit?
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in strategy, consulting, or corporate development, ideally within a large technology firm. We value candidates who possess the following qualifications and traits:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field, with an MBA being a plus.
- Three to five years of relevant professional experience, with a background in management consulting firms being a significant advantage.
- Exceptional analytical skills and the confidence to formulate and defend your own point of view during complex discussions.
- A deep understanding of financial modeling, budgeting, and P&L analysis.
- High proficiency in English, as well as expert-level skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- The ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and drive projects to completion.
- A curious, self-motivated mindset with the creativity to think outside the box and the flexibility to adapt your opinions as you learn new information.
