What you bring
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join our Product Design team on a full-time, on-site basis in the United States. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex data and user-friendly design, ensuring our products remain at the forefront of the financial technology industry. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Developing comprehensive product requirements documentation to provide clear guidance for our development teams.
- Transforming intricate financial datasets into intuitive, high-quality designs that provide a seamless experience for our customers.
- Utilizing Figma to build components, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should possess a strong background in the financial technology space and a passion for user-centric design. We value candidates who can translate complex concepts into simple, intuitive interfaces through wireframes and prototypes. You should hold a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Finance, Economics, or a quantitative discipline like Engineering or Mathematics. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, as you will be partnering closely with our product, engineering, and customer success teams to drive our product strategy forward.
What we offer
