We are currently searching for a Senior Business Analyst for Growth to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. Responsibilities
- Take ownership of marketing and SDR data analytics to drive the performance and effectiveness of our growth initiatives.
- Design and implement comprehensive reports and dashboards while identifying process bottlenecks to ensure high data quality and consistency.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional partners in sales and finance to provide actionable business intelligence that supports strategic decision-making.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in a similar analytical role.
- A bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Mathematics, or Business Administration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and extensive experience building dashboards to translate complex data sets into clear insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
- Familiarity with industry-standard tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, and Tableau is highly preferred.
