At Too Good To Go, we are on a mission to inspire and empower everyone to fight food waste. With over 77 million users across 17 countries, our marketplace app connects consumers with surplus food from local businesses, helping us save over 300 million meals to date. We are looking for a BTC Marketing Specialist to join our team in Paris on an apprenticeship contract to help us continue our growth and positive environmental impact.
Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the editorial calendar for our French market.
- Publish social media content and adapt global materials through translation, voice-overs, and subtitles.
- Lead daily community management across all social media channels.
- Create local content and advertisements, including static posts and videos, on a weekly basis.
- Collaborate with our Customer Care team to address consumer feedback and manage negative comments.
- Identify local trends and propose new opportunities for social media engagement.
- Support the B2C Marketing Manager with influencer and partnership management.
- Analyze and report on the performance of our owned social channels.
Must-haves
- Deep understanding of the social media landscape, specifically Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Fluency in both French and English.
- Strong creative writing skills with a clear, empathetic communication style and impeccable attention to detail.
- A data-oriented and highly organized approach to work.
- An audience-centric mindset with a passion for engaging consumers.
- Ability to work from our Paris office, ideally on a rhythm of four days in the office and one day at school per week.
