We're looking for a Braze Email Marketing Specialist to help drive user engagement through targeted email campaigns during Open Enrollment season at Nayya, a VC-backed startup building a personalized benefits platform that uses machine learning to guide millions of Americans through complex health and financial decisions.

Responsibilities

Manage a segment of customer email program deployments from start to finish using a step-by-step guide.
Build, edit, and schedule multi-step user journeys in Braze while maintaining a deployment calendar.
Handle list management tasks including segmentation, list health, reputation monitoring, and growth initiatives.
Run A/B tests, analyze results, and identify performance improvement opportunities.
Collaborate regularly with marketing stakeholders to align on shared deployment timelines.
Communicate proactively with team members about blockers and troubleshoot Braze issues with minimal assistance.

Must-haves

3-4 years of professional marketing experience, including at least 2 years in performance marketing.
Expert-level experience with the Braze email marketing platform.
Experience with segmentation and personalization across multiple campaign channels.
Strong data analysis, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
Experience working cross-functionally with product, design, marketing, and client-facing teams.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
English fluency.

Nice-to-haves

B2B2C experience.
Startup experience.

Benefits

The salary range for this role is $35.00/hr - $40.00/hr, adjusted by location factor for candidates outside the New York area.
