We are currently looking for a visionary Brand Strategy Lead to join our team in Canada on a full-time, hybrid basis.
Key outcomes
- Develop and execute a cohesive brand strategy that aligns with our core business objectives and strengthens our market position.
- Utilize research, industry trends, and audience insights to refine our brand messaging and differentiation.
- Conduct quarterly audits of our creative output and competitor performance to uncover new opportunities.
- Oversee brand campaigns from the initial concept through to final execution, ensuring all work meets our high standards.
- Monitor brand performance metrics and apply data-driven insights to optimize our ongoing strategies.
- Communicate brand initiatives and progress to executive leadership and various cross-functional partners.
- Mentor team members and provide leadership to support our broader marketing goals.
Requirements
- At least 9 years of professional experience in brand management or brand strategy.
- A proven history of successfully developing and implementing brand strategies.
- Deep expertise in audience segmentation, narrative development, and brand positioning.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable plans.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, particularly when engaging with senior leadership.
- Proficiency in using analytics and customer research tools to guide decision-making.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Fluency in English.
Compensation
