We are looking for a Brand Social Strategist Lead to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis. Since our start in California in 1962, Taco Bell has grown into a global powerhouse with over 8,200 restaurants and a presence as the largest Mexican-inspired quick service brand in the world. As part of the Yum! Brands family, we pride ourselves on being cultural rebels who challenge the status quo and push boundaries. We are seeking a creative professional to help us continue to inspire our 42 million weekly fans by driving innovation and cultural relevance across all our social media platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive social media campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels to maintain our brand's cultural impact.
Collaborate with our brand experience and PR teams to create integrated, buzzy campaigns that resonate with our audience from the initial brief through final execution.
Use data-driven insights to provide strategic thought leadership, ensuring our vision gains buy-in from senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree is required for this position.
At least 4 years of professional experience in social media, with preference given to those who have worked in or alongside advertising agencies.
A deep, intuitive understanding of internet culture and the social media ecosystem, combined with the ability to provide clear creative direction to inspire our teams.
Strong communication skills and the confidence to influence stakeholders and senior leadership with your strategic vision.

What we offer
