We are looking for a talented social media expert to join our growing marketing team. You will be responsible for guiding our social media ecosystem and contributing to the development of our brand expression. In this role, you will create original content (imagery, video, text, etc) to use across Urby’s expanding digital presence. As the leader of our digital media strategy, we expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.
Responsibilities
- Create effective social media campaigns and lead the development of our social media strategy
- Creatively implement our company’s rebranding on our social media channels
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content (video, still photos, and captions)
- Manage posting and engagement with followers across our social channels (Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Monitor campaigns and analyze data obtained to guide ongoing strategy
- Stay up-to-date with social media trends and inform management of changes that are relevant to the company’s marketing activities
Attributes
- Experience in content creation and management with a proven success rate
- Knowledge of best practices for social media platforms and building initiatives that promote growth in the space (especially Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Analytical and multitasking skills
- Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of professional experience
- Experience with DTC brands is a plus
