The opportunity
We are searching for a Brand & Product Marketing Lead to join our team. This is a senior-level role for a strategist and storyteller who is ready to shape how our platform is perceived by families around the world. You will play a pivotal part in our growth, ensuring that our tech-forward solutions are embraced by our community. This role is about more than just marketing. It is about building trust, fostering loyalty, and crafting a narrative that makes our educational experiences essential for learners everywhere.
A day in the life
- You will develop and execute comprehensive brand and product marketing strategies, creating campaigns that resonate emotionally while driving meaningful growth.
- You will partner closely with our product and growth teams to lead high-impact product launches that are both creative and precise.
- You will serve as a champion for our customers, using research and market insights to position our offerings as must-have tools for modern education.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with a background in tech-forward, data-driven consumer businesses. You understand the nuances of subscription models and know how to balance customer acquisition with long-term retention. You are a natural storyteller who can turn complex ideas into compelling messages that drive action. Because we operate in a fast-paced startup environment, you are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive when you can act as both a strategist and a hands-on contributor. You value collaboration and have a proven ability to work seamlessly across departments to create a cohesive customer journey.

We offer a competitive salary range, with compensation between 165,000 and 200,000 USD for candidates in New York, California, and Seattle, and between 140,000 and 175,000 USD for candidates in Colorado or Washington outside of Seattle.
