About the Role
We are looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to join our Brand Marketing and Communications team on a full-time basis. In this senior-level role, you will help manage our relationships with online influencers to build awareness of our programs and encourage them to recommend our software to their own communities. You will report to the Senior Manager of Brand Partnerships and play a key role in driving new customer acquisition through authentic content and strategic collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and recruit new brand partners who are a great fit for our company and possess a strong understanding of social media engagement.
- Build and maintain authentic, consultative relationships with influencers to ensure they have the support and materials needed to promote our brand effectively.
- Analyze and report on the performance of individual brand partners to ensure they are meeting lead generation and acquisition targets while adhering to our brand guidelines.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should have a proven track record in influencer and digital marketing. We are looking for someone who is comfortable managing social media-driven campaigns and possesses the following qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, allowing you to be clear, direct, and responsive when engaging with both internal teams and external partners.
- A collaborative mindset, as you will work across various marketing functions to support events, tradeshows, and cross-functional content.
- The ability to wear multiple hats, ranging from administrative tasks and market research to creative ideation.
- A commitment to innovation and the ambition to find new, efficient ways to optimize our influencer roster.
- Solid customer service skills and the ability to build trust quickly.
- A willingness to travel to represent our brand at customer events and trade shows across North America.
Location
This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.
