Founded in 2018 and based in Dublin, Tines builds a secure workflow automation platform that connects with any system offering an API. The platform helps teams in cybersecurity, IT, product, engineering and infrastructure replace repetitive manual work with reliable automated processes. Customers such as Canva, Intercom, Databricks, Mars and Reddit already rely on Tines to keep their operations running smoothly, and the company continues to expand the reach of its automation technology.
The role
We are hiring a Senior Brand Motion Designer to join the brand studio on a full-time, on-site basis in Ireland. You will report to the Creative Director and work alongside product designers and marketing colleagues to deliver inventive motion and brand assets that strengthen Tines’ visual identity.
Core responsibilities
- Storyboard, create and edit motion design pieces for social media, training videos, digital ads and campaign assets, working from scripts or existing visuals.
- Produce static brand assets such as social graphics, web pages, emails and marketing collateral while maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.
- Prepare final production-ready files, collaborate with external vendors when needed, and contribute to critique sessions that keep the wider design team aligned.
Skills and experience
- Several years of hands-on experience in a design team creating motion design and brand-related motion projects.
- Proficiency with After Effects, Adobe Animate, Premiere Pro and other animation or editing tools, plus strong skills in 2D animation, motion graphics, layout and typography.
- Fluency in English, a self-motivated approach, and the ability to manage multiple projects at a fast pace while delivering on agreed timelines.
