Position Overview:
The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive
brand marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and market growth.
This role requires a deep understanding of brand management, consumer behavior, and marketing
channels. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strategic mindset, capable of leading
cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Develop and Execute Brand Strategy:Create and implement brand marketing strategies
that align with the company’s business objectives and resonate with the target audience.
•Campaign Management:Lead the development, execution, and optimization of marketing
campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, print, and experiential
marketing.
•Brand Positioning:Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all
marketing materials and customer touchpoints, maintaining the brand’s integrity and
identity.
•Consumer Insights:Conduct market research and analyze consumer behavior to inform
marketing strategies, product development, and brand positioning.
•Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product, sales, creative, and digital
teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and integrated marketing eGorts.
•Budget Management:Oversee the brand marketing budget, ensuring eGective allocation of
resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
•Performance Tracking:Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and
brand initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies and achieve KPIs.
•Content Development:Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling content
that supports brand campaigns and drives engagement.
•Brand Partnerships:Identify and manage strategic partnerships, sponsorships, and
collaborations that enhance brand visibility and credibility.
•Event Marketing:Plan and execute brand events, trade shows, and other experiential
marketing activities that build brand awareness and foster customer loyalty.
•Crisis Management:Develop and implement crisis communication plans to protect the
brand’s reputation in challenging situations.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
•5+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
•Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing strategies.
•Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content marketing.
•Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
•Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a strong focus on results.
•Experience managing budgets and working with cross-functional teams.
•Proficiency in marketing analytics tools and platforms.
•Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet
deadlines.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market conditions.
