We are looking for a Brand Marketing Manager who will be in charge of developing the Brand Marketing team and will be involved in the development and execution of the annual brand marketing strategy, leading end-to-end projects for Bolt Georgia.

The Brand Marketing team plays a key role when it comes to establishing deep connections with our customers and communicating the core values of the Bolt brand. They work closely with local and central team’s business stakeholders (Digital Marketing, Comms, Policy, Ops, Analytics, and Legal) as well as external stakeholders to bring our products and brand to life in the market. The Brand Marketing team is responsible to assist and deliver brand campaigns from strategy and brief through execution and measurement ensuring everything is delivered as expected, on time and on budget.

Please note that this is a full-time employment opportunity. The monthly gross salary for this role is 5590 GEL + bi-annual bonuses.

As our Brand Marketing Manager, you'll be in charge of brand campaigns development and execution, budget management and annual planning of all brand marketing activities. You will be leading the brand reporting and measurement efforts across the ride-hailing vertical and will be the key point of contact for our local or global external partnerships. You'll lead a passionate team and work collaboratively with cross-functional departments to create impact.

• <point>Driving the brand strategy and marketing campaigns to strengthen Bolt’s brand presence in the Georgian market, while collaborating closely with local and central teams, as well as external stakeholders to achieve business growth goals.</point>
• <point>Leading brand reporting while being a key point of contact for performance measurement. Ensuring data-driven decisions. </point>
• <point>Managing multiple work streams, working under pressure to deadlines, owning decisions, managing big budgets and communicating clearly at every level through the business.</point>
• <point>Developing and implementing creative brand marketing campaigns and projects based on business objectives. Ensure alignment with Operations, Policy, Business Development etc.</point>
• <point>Effective management of partnerships by collaborating with local, or international brand to create value for our customers and achieve marketing objectives.</point>
• <point>Coaching effectively, engineering situations for team members to develop. Generating enthusiasm, drawing out the best in people.</point>

• <point>You have a minimum 3+ years of work experience and proven track record in developing and delivering the brand marketing strategy in the consumer or technology industry.</point>
• <point>You have an extensive hands-on experience with project management and scaling your own budget, in the mobile or E-commerce industry.</point>
• <point>You are a strong collaborator with excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), with experience working and communicating with senior stakeholders in a challenging, fast-paced environment.</point>
• <point>You are an empathetic leader who understands how to build a strong team culture and motivate their team members for optimal performance.</point>
• <point>You are passionate and organized self-starter, who doesn’t accept the status quo, but always seeks to improve and automate workflows in order to increase performance. </point>
• <point>You are Fluent in Georgian and English.</point>
