What you bring

As a Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will lead our local brand marketing efforts and oversee the development and execution of our annual strategy. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Georgia that requires a blend of creative vision and disciplined project management. You will be responsible for:

• Driving comprehensive brand strategies and marketing campaigns that strengthen our market presence while collaborating with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Managing the end-to-end lifecycle of brand projects, including budget oversight, performance measurement, and reporting to ensure all initiatives are delivered effectively.
• Leading and coaching a talented team, fostering a culture of high performance, and generating enthusiasm to achieve our collective business goals.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who brings at least 3 years of proven experience in developing brand marketing strategies within the consumer or technology sectors. You should have extensive hands-on expertise in project management and budget scaling, ideally within the mobile or e-commerce industries. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. You must be fluent in both Georgian and English.
