The role
We are seeking a strategic Brand Marketing Manager I to join our Brand Marketing and Communications team on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level, hybrid position where you will report to the Manager of Brand Marketing. You will play a vital role in executing programs that boost our brand awareness and customer advocacy. We are looking for a creative storyteller who is ready to roll up their sleeves and collaborate across departments to make a tangible impact.
Core responsibilities
- Manage our customer advocacy program daily by recruiting new members, gathering insights, and positioning our customers as thought leaders.
- Partner with the Manager of Brand Marketing to consistently evaluate and optimize our top-of-funnel digital advertising campaigns.
- Support internal teams by fulfilling customer reference requests, maintaining a database of customer quotes, and managing the approval process for using customer branding in our marketing materials.
Skills and experience
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in brand management, customer marketing, or brand advocacy.
- Strong proficiency in the MS Suite, including PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
- Proven ability to analyze data to build reports and presentations that support informed business decisions.
- Experience managing digital ad campaigns is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce is considered a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a highly organized, proactive approach to multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
