The role
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Director to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a senior-level Director position that requires a strategic mindset and a passion for storytelling. You will work in a hybrid capacity, which includes spending at least three days per week in the office. You will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world perceives Novo, ensuring our brand remains a trusted and recognizable leader in the small business space.
Core responsibilities
- Translate our high-level brand strategy into actionable, channel-specific tactics that resonate with small business owners.
- Lead, inspire, and manage a talented team of channel marketers and creative professionals to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Oversee our creative strategy and customer experience touchpoints to ensure our voice, tone, and design remain consistent across every platform.
Skills and experience
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in marketing, brand strategy, or communications, with a proven history of building and managing a brand.
- A minimum of 4 years in a leadership role, specifically managing teams of strategists and creatives.
- Deep expertise in multi-channel strategy, including social media, digital advertising, events, and direct mail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners and senior leadership.
- A data-driven approach to decision-making, using performance metrics and customer insights to refine your strategy.
- Experience in fintech, banking, or consumer packaged goods is preferred.
