As a Brand Marketing Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Senior Director of Brand Marketing and the broader leadership team. This position offers you the chance to contribute to a wide variety of initiatives, including product marketing campaigns, industry research, trade shows, and brand partnerships. You will be an essential part of our operations, helping to keep our brand running efficiently while gaining hands-on experience in the beauty industry.
Key outcomes
- Assist the leadership team with marketing operations, research, and daily administrative tasks.
- Perform competitor analysis for digital and social channels to inform our marketing strategies.
- Manage product logistics for content shoots, press mailings, and various brand events.
- Collaborate with the team to produce engaging content that highlights our commitment to sustainability and product quality.
- Lead PR support efforts, including award tracking and the development of key brand messaging.
- Execute national sampling campaigns to drive brand awareness and consumer reviews.
- Maintain and organize our creative assets through our digital management systems.
- Support the product development lifecycle by managing internal databases and tracking product launch details.
- Conduct ongoing trend research to assist in identifying new product opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, including meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and expense management.
- Coordinate internal events, such as company conferences and team meetings, to foster a collaborative culture.
- Facilitate sales support by managing orders and assisting with retailer go-to-market needs.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree.
- At least one year of professional experience in a marketing role.
- A strong interest in and awareness of the beauty and hair care landscape.
- The ability to work quickly and adapt to changing priorities in real-time.
- Strong organizational skills paired with a creative, problem-solving mindset.
- A proactive, self-starting approach to work, especially when managing tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Adobe, and Asana.
- The ability to thrive both as an independent contributor and as a collaborative team member.

Compensation
The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $65,000, plus a bonus. We also offer the benefit of remote work flexibility.
