About the Role
We are searching for a Brand Marketing Associate to join us in a full-time capacity. This mid-level position is perfect for a creative professional who wants to shape our brand identity and content strategy. You will be a key voice for our organization, ensuring that our mission resonates clearly with our community as we continue to grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the integrity of our brand standards by ensuring our values, visuals, and messaging remain consistent across all marketing channels and internal departments.
- Develop comprehensive copy and content guidelines that define our brand personality, providing a clear roadmap for our advertising, social media, and web presence.
- Manage the end-to-end production of marketing assets, including writing and editing copy, creating briefs, and overseeing the development of social media posts, videos, and email campaigns.
Requirements
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in brand marketing or content creation, preferably with national consumer brands.
- A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional skills in copywriting and copy editing, as these will be central to your daily workflow.
- Strong project management abilities, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in creative production, including the ability to write effective briefs and provide constructive feedback.
- Proficiency with tools such as the Google Suite, Adobe Suite, and Canva is highly valued.
Location
This is a hybrid role based in New York City. You will be expected to work from our Tribeca office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, from 10 am to 7 pm EST.
Compensation and Benefits
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000. In addition to your salary, we offer the following benefits:
