About the Role
We are seeking a Brand Marketing Assistant to join our Publishing team on a full-time basis. This is a junior-level position where you will play a vital role in supporting our global brand campaigns, coordinating promotional activities, and conducting essential market research. Whether you choose to work fully in-studio or through our hybrid model, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Brand team to execute global marketing activations and support our overarching campaign strategies.
- Assist in the creation of brand vision documents, go-to-market campaigns, and detailed post-campaign analysis.
- Conduct thorough market research to better understand consumer expectations and provide actionable insights for our future projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Prior experience working in a marketing or communications capacity.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with fluency in English.
- A proactive, highly organized, and collaborative mindset.
- A degree in a relevant field is considered a bonus.

Location
This role is based in the United Kingdom. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of three days per week in our Cambridge studio, and we provide comprehensive relocation support if you need to move to the area.
