What you bring

We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. You will be instrumental in elevating our brand presence while navigating the complexities of a highly regulated market. Your expertise in marketing, strategy, and campaign management will be vital as you oversee our brand identity and product storytelling. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and executing comprehensive brand strategies that leverage consumer insights and market analysis to maintain our competitive edge.
• Leading creative campaigns from initial concept through final execution while ensuring strict adherence to industry compliance standards.
• Coordinating successful product launches and strain introductions by collaborating closely with our cultivation, production, and sales departments.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a creative mindset and a deep understanding of the cannabis industry. You should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, and bring at least 3 to 5 years of experience in brand management, ideally within a regulated sector like alcohol, pharmaceuticals, or cannabis. We require excellent communication and negotiation skills, along with a proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. Proficiency in data analysis and performance metrics is essential for success in this role. Fluency in English is required, and any background in botanical sciences is considered a significant advantage.

What we offer
