What you'll be doing
- You will take ownership of the P&L for your assigned categories, focusing on driving sales growth and ensuring profitability.
- You will lead the development and execution of annual category strategies, including the successful go-to-market launch of new product innovations.
- You will collaborate across departments, including Sales, R&D, Finance, and Creative, to deliver effective marketing tactics and ensure our products stand out on the shelf.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should be a strategic thinker with a strong background in the consumer packaged goods industry. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- You hold a BS or BA degree and have completed your MBA.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in CPG brand management, specifically with P&L responsibility.
- You possess strong analytical skills, including experience with Nielsen or similar marketing databases, and have a proven track record of managing consumer research.
- You are an effective leader who has experience managing direct reports and developing their professional skill sets.
- You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the ability to be on-site in Larkspur Landing, CA, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.
- You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills to influence both internal teams and external partners.
What you'll get
The salary range for this position is $130,000 to $145,000 USD. In addition to your compensation, you will benefit from our hybrid work schedule, which allows for a balance between home and our office environment.
