Role at a glance
We are seeking a Senior Brand Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This is a remote position available to candidates located anywhere. You will take full ownership of our brand strategies, working closely with our development teams to ensure our games make a lasting impact on the global market.
Your impact
- Act as the primary vision holder for our products, ensuring that every marketing campaign and communication strategy aligns perfectly with our core brand values and player expectations.
- Lead the end-to-end development of go-to-market plans, including the creation of announcement strategies, media initiatives, and consistent messaging across all digital touchpoints.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to oversee the production of high-quality marketing assets, such as trailers and key art, while managing partnerships with major platforms like Steam, Xbox, and PlayStation.
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, with a strong background in content creation and brand communications.
- Deep familiarity with the gaming ecosystem, including experience in community management on platforms like Discord and Reddit.
- Excellent analytical skills to track social media metrics and community sentiment.
- Exceptional communication skills in English and the ability to collaborate effectively across different time zones.
- A passionate mindset regarding video games, with a conscientious approach to project management.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
