We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team of food-loving Daiyans for a temporary, on-site role as a Brand Manager based in Canada.
Key outcomes
- Lead the daily operations and strategic direction for our Cheese and Cream Cheese product lines.
- Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and Annual Operating Plans, including budget management and the identification of key learning objectives.
- Execute and measure the success of our business plans for the second half of the year.
- Oversee the commercialization of internal projects and the development of specific marketing plans for our Cream Cheese offerings.
- Analyze consumption data and manage Sales and Operations Planning to support informed business decisions.
- Provide expert insights and recommendations to support upcoming line reviews for our core product categories.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in business administration or marketing, or at least five years of progressive experience in marketing and business partnerships.
- Proven background in brand management, ideally within the consumer packaged goods or food industry.
- Strong proficiency in strategic planning, project execution, and budget management.
- Advanced skills in data analysis, performance measurement, and consumption tracking.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with a proven capacity to manage cross-functional projects.
- Fluency in English.

Compensation
This is a two-month temporary contract position. We offer a pay-for-performance compensation structure with an hourly pay range of $80,000 to $110,000, adjusted based on location, experience, and internal equity. Additionally, you will receive 6% vacation pay on every paycheck.
