WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

We are looking for a driven and success-oriented individual to build and execute a cohesive branding strategy for our social media and influencer channels. The primary focus is to grow brand awareness for "Klarstein" in a measurable way, with additional support for "BBG" as an employer brand.

* from 1900 € /month

You will be responsible for:

-    Developing and executing branding strategies on social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and potentially TikTok.
-    Owning the process of strategy planning and media buying for established German consumer goods brands.
-    Contributing to the setup and improvement of brand team processes.

YOUR ROLE

-    Proven working experience in branding and social media, with a minimum of 3 years in e-commerce.
-    Experience as a Social Media Manager, Brand Strategist, or in a similar senior role.
-    Ability to develop and execute communication strategies across digital channels.
-    Hands-on experience with campaign implementation on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
-    Strong project management skills and comfort working towards deadlines.
-    Comfortable with numbers, metrics, budgets, and spreadsheets.
-    Ability to create and optimize processes.
-    Translate brand strategies into social media plans with measurable milestones.
-    Measure and report the performance of campaigns against their KPIs.
-    Monitor market trends, research consumer markets, and analyze competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues.
-    Co-develop a global branding strategy.

What we are looking for:  

We are looking for a person with drive and hunger for success to build a cohesive branding strategy for our social media and influencer channels and execute top-class marketing campaigns with a sole purpose of growing brand awareness in a measurable way. You will also lead a young social media team in Bratislava and in Berlin, which is more than keen on learning from experts in the field, like you.
 We own 45+ product brands and are selling in 9 CEE countries, but your main focus will be “Klarstein” as a product brand and “BBG” as an employer brand. You will own the whole process of strategy planning and media buying for these established German brands of consumer goods. Sizable budget is already secured, and a skilled branding team is already on board. We are waiting just for you! 
 
OUR EXPECTATIONS OF YOU 

- Proven working experience with branding, PR, and social media. Preferably, you have 3+ years working experience as Social media manager / Brand strategist / Team lead in a similar role 
- Proven ability to develop communication strategies across digital channels and execute global campaigns with large budgets
- Hands-on experience with implementation of campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok
- Sufficient project management skills and feeling comfortable working towards deadlines
- Comfortable working with numbers, metrics, budgets, and spreadsheets
- Experience in leading a cross-country team is a big plus
- You speak and write fluently English and Slovak/German.
