We are looking for a dedicated professional to join us as a Brand Manager for our Asia Portfolio within our global salon division, where you will help shape the future of our products in a collaborative, purpose-driven environment.
What you'll be doing
- You will drive the execution of our global brand strategy by managing a robust three to five year product development roadmap tailored for the Asian market.
- You will lead cross-functional projects, working closely with teams like R&D and supply chain to ensure our marketing initiatives meet specific sales and profit goals.
- You will conduct deep market research and sales analysis to identify new business opportunities, while managing budgets and agency partnerships to bring our brand vision to life.
What you'll bring
- You hold a university degree or Master's in Business Management with a specialized focus on Marketing.
- You possess significant professional experience in Brand Management, ideally within the beauty or global product management sectors.
- You have a strong ability to lead multifunctional teams, manage complex stakeholder relationships, and think both strategically and creatively.
- You are highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset and excellent proficiency in English.
- You demonstrate a solid technical understanding of the hair cosmetics industry and have a proven track record of interpreting market data to drive results.
